What we collect

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook, email, or phone, the information you share there is handled by that platform or service in addition to JKDBD.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss training options, and arrange a first session. We do not sell personal data or add you to a marketing list without a separate, clear opt-in.

How the form is delivered

The website sends form submissions to a configured enquiry-delivery endpoint. If no endpoint is configured, the form will tell you clearly that the enquiry has not been sent online and will offer WhatsApp or phone as alternatives. We do not pretend an enquiry has been delivered when it has not.

Retention and access

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting training relationship, or as required for legitimate record-keeping. Access is limited to people at JKDBD who need it to respond.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not include advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, or third-party analytics by default. The hosting environment may process standard server logs for security and reliability. If analytics or other tools are added in future, this policy will be updated.

Your choices
